Do you charge a call out fee?
We only charge an Inspection Fee that is refunded if we carry out any agreed work. Whether that’s repairing a tap or replacing a drain. Inspection fee’s cover our fuel and travel time.
What are your operating hours?
Our usual operating hours are 8-5 Mon-Fri. However we operate 24/7 365Days a year in the event of an emergency. Out of hours charges may be applied.
How much do you charge?
