Terms and Conditions
At PP&D we offer a Guarantee on all our work. For No Cost we will always return to a job if the customer is not 100% satisfied. Its OUR PROMISE!
If we attend your property and we cannot unblock your drains you will not be charged any unblock fee. If we attend your property and establish a blockage we cannot remove because of one of the following reasons: A broken drain, Tree Root blockage, Building material. You will be charged the standard unblock fee. CCTV inspection will be provided to confirm at no cost. For removal or repair we will advise and provide the service if you agree.
Inspection Fee’s. All of our jobs incur an inspection fee of £24. This is to attend your property and to inspect by eye the drain and surrounding inspection chambers. This covers our cost of fuel and time if no further action is to be carried out.
Inspection fee is removed from the cost if the given service goes ahead.
Fixed Prices apply to Domestic and Residential customers only.
Outside of usual operating hours we charge a call out fee in addition to service fees. We operate a 24/7 Emergency call out service should you need us on any day at any time.
